Applied ML and research tooling

Models and analysis pipelines for teams working with real-world measurement data. That usually means small, expensive datasets: simulation output, experimental runs, sensor records — situations where you have hundreds of samples rather than millions, and where the work is in choosing what to measure and how to encode it, not in scaling compute. Includes surrogate models that stand in for slow simulations, classification and detection on experimental data, and honest accounting of where a model stops being trustworthy.

Delivered as tooling your group keeps: documented, tested, and citable, so the pipeline outlives the project it was written for and results computed with it can be checked years later.

Technical figures

Diagrams and plots for papers, theses, and technical reports, built in TikZ, LaTeX, and code rather than drawn by hand. A figure written as source stays editable: reviewers ask for a change and it takes a minute, not an afternoon of realigning boxes. Covers system and architecture diagrams, geometric and mathematical figures, data plots, and interactive explainers where a static image can't carry the argument.
